Things Österreichische Post does not do:

• We do not ask you to share access data such as usernames, passwords, or PINs via e-mail.
• We never ask you to provide personal information, account information, or credit card information, neither via telephone, text message, or e-mail.
• We never send unsolicited documents or forms where you need to enter your personal information, account information, or credit card numbers.

• We never direct you to websites of business partners to enter your access data or personal information.

• To share access data, personal information and account/credit card information, we exclusively use encrypted communication channels whose security certificates have been signed by a trustworthy certification authority.
