For letters that weigh up to 2 kg and parcels that weigh up to 10 kg, this service is free of charge as part of universal services. Indicated rates are net and exclude all statutory fees and duties, especially VAT.
Indicated rates for parcels over 10 kg and EMS items include all statutory fees and duties, especially VAT.

We will not charge the import duty for customs services related to items received from third-country online retailers whose worth is under EUR 150.000, provided that the special VAT scheme pursuant to Section 25b of the Austrian Turnover Tax Act, Austrian Federal Law Gazette no. 91/2019 (import one-stop shop, IOSS) is claimed.

Shipping items from military postal offices abroad to Austria:

Parcels weighing up to 10 kg can be sent from military postal offices to Austria (rectangular, maximum dimensions: L 100 cm x W 60 cm x H 60 cm).
Parcels must be addressed to a recipient in Austria and need to be accompanied by a completed customs declaration.
When importing goods from third countries, relevant customs regulations and import restrictions apply.
In addition to standard postage, the Austrian road toll surcharge will be charged for every parcel. No additional services are available for these parcels.

Choose this option if you would like the recipient to receive your parcel after he or she has paid the specified amount to the Austrian Post delivery person. We will transfer the COD amount to your account after collection.
