Many people love chocolate, and it's often said that this sweet delight brings happiness. However, due to its high fat and sugar content, it should be enjoyed in moderation. Chocolate is a popular gift for many celebratory occasions, making it the "congratulatory chocolate" as seen on the stamp. And it seems to be irresistible, as a piece is already missing.
A faded dandelion flower, a "dandelion clock", adorns the condolence stamp. Because of its delicate parachutes, easily blown away by the wind, it symbolises letting go and the transient nature of life, but also a new beginning, as each parachute carries a seed from which a new plant will grow. The motif on the stamp is complemented by the quote "What one holds deep in one's heart cannot be lost to death". A small consolation for all those who have lost a loved one.
