Snow boot 15.10.2024
Together with the mitten, wool hat, and jumper, the snow boot completes the full set of "philatelic winter clothing."
Following the stamp sheets issued in previous years, this time the focus is on the right footwear for winter. Snow boots are meant to keep your feet warm and dry, they must fit well, and be made from waterproof, breathable material. A non-slip sole provides secure footing even on ice and snow. The current stamp sheet, in wintry blue tones, is die-cut in the shape of a snow boot and features the characteristic perforations of a stamp. A border with reindeer and pine trees decorates the thickly padded shaft, with snowflakes visible below. A textured sole completes the snow boot. This ensures you’re well-equipped for a winter walk or building a snowman. Tip: All four winter clothing-themed stamp sheets are now also available together in a unique set.
