Day of issue of commemorative stamp "Silhouette - Futura"
On 26 April 2023, Austrian Post presented the new commemorative stamp in the “Design made in Austria” series at the headquarters of Silhouette Group. The stamp features the original model of the Future sunglasses by Silhouette from 1974, celebrating an extraordinary feat of design. Harald Kunczier, the Head of Business Segment Branches, Österreichische Post AG, presented the special edition of this commemorative stamp together with Thomas Stelzer, the Governor of the province of Upper Austria, Christian Thomas, a board member of designaustria, and Michael Schmied, CMO of Silhouette Group.
