Additional domestic parcel services for business clients

We will deliver the parcel to the recipient only if they pay the outstanding amount defined by you. We will immediately transfer the money to your bank account at any bank within the SEPA area. The maximum cash-on-delivery payment is EUR 10,000.

If you choose our insured parcel service, your valuables will be in very good hands. Cash, checks, securities, credit or debit cards, jewellery, precious metals and gems, urns with ashes etc. and other content of a value of up to EUR 510 receive special handling and shipping from Österreichische Post.

If the indicated value exceeds EUR 1.500, we will seal your item. Indicated values for up up to EUR 10.000 are admissible.

We will check the recipient's identity before we deliver a confidential item to them.

Depending on the product, Österreichische Post business clients with important volumes have the option of having their parcels picked up. If you are interested in this service, please contact your customer advisor.

If you send your parcel as "fragile", we will handle and transport it with extra care and sort and distribute it manually.

Österreichische Post is liable for a value of up to 510,-. Euro For a small surcharge, you can increase this liablity.

Valid for the products Parcel Premium, Parcel Premium select, Combi freight, Next Day Fresh and Post Express items.

In the case of incorrect or unclear addresses, you can use our additional service "address clarification 2C" to give your items a second chance to reach the recipient instead of being returned to the sender right away.
