Delivery days: Thursday through Friday (business days)
If the client is not home, the item will be placed on their doorstep
Includes assistance for the very best cooling packaging
Upon request, the delivery person will take the cooler with them after delivery

Important information What you need to do for a successful delivery

Maximum weight per package: 31.5 kg
Standard dimensions: L 100 cm x W 60 cm x H 60 cm
Large bulky goods: max. length 200 cm / max. girth 360 cm
Fragile items and other additional service are available

Cooling must last 24 hours
A sufficient amount of cooling packs must be used which must have been refrigerated for at least 24 hours
Merchandise must be adequately refrigerated before it is shipped
Take into account external temperatures depending on the season
Optimize temperature in the cooler using partitions and cooling packs
