Virtual Annual General Meeting without physical presence of shareholders

The Annual General Meeting 2021 of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft (Austrian Post) took place on 15 April 2021. In order to protect shareholders and other participants, the Management Board had resolved to took advantage of the possibility opened up by legal regulations to hold a virtual Annual General Meeting.
